Recently, the "EN 50306 Series Oil-proof, Low-temperature Resistant and Fireproof Cables for Rail Transit vehicles and EN50306 Series Series Heat-proof, Low-temperature Resistant and Fireproof Cables for Rail Transit Vehicles" independently developed by ZTT was proven in new products appraisal organized by Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu, and its comprehensive technical performance hit internationally advanced level.
The transportation is considered as the tool of nation rejuvenating and foundation of nation strengthening. China has substantially built the high-speed railway network connecting major urban agglomerations or city clusters since the 13th Five Year Plan covering the whole country with megalopolises as hubs and surrounding areas with provincial capital cities as pivots. Additionally, European Commission planned to build a new high-speed rail network in approximate 20,000 kilometers to realize the economic recovery plan connecting European capitals after the epidemic. The design and manufacturing of domestic and overseas rail transit vehicles will see a new peak, and the demands on European standard EN series cable products for rail transit vehicles will be driven, a good opportunity for rapid development of ZTT and technology rail transit industry will be offered.
ZTT has been capable of designing, developing, manufacturing and testing EN 50264 and EN 50306 series power and control cables, EN 50382 series high- temperature resistant power cables, MVB, WTB, coaxial cables, Ethernet and CANBUS series communication network cables, 26/45kV high voltage power cables and other vehicle wiring products. The approval on European standard EN50264 and EN 50306 series products in current appraisal left a broader market space for development of ZTT rail transit industry.
